Zucchini Bread
 INGREDIENTS:
Nonstick cooking spray
3 cups whole-wheat flour
1 ½  cups raw sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt
4 egg whites
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups grated zucchini, tightly packed
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 325°F and spray two 8x 4" loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray.
