NEWAY for Couples has been created to help couples learn how to implement the NEWAY lifestyle together. Please go to the "NEWAY Classes" page for detailed information, as NEWAY for couples follows the same basic format. However, there will be specific couples' challenges and fun activities.
Classes specifics:
- Four weeks, five meetings in our Indiana, PA location. The last meeting is our traditional potluck
- Nutritional assessment per couple before the program starts
- $450 per couple
